We worked with Shannon peters and she was great! Was constantly in contact with us through the whole process. Came and walked through the final inspection with us. She cared about us saving money, she told us to go through a new builds mortgage lender instead of the one she recommended since it gave us money back in the closing process. Overall was nervous as a first time home buyer but Shannon made it a cake walk. Will be using her if we need to in the future!

I worked with Shannon Peters on my home purchase. I was in Atlanta when I started the process. I drive up to Charlotte a few times and Shannon would spend all day showing me properties in all areas of Charlotte and surrounding areas. I really appreciate her patience.
